River Rat Race
The race with a twist returned to Stockton’s Riverside in August with over 1,000 brave Rat Racers swimming, wading, crawling, climbing, jumping, splashing and running their way around our fantastic urban obstacle course.
The thrilling event, organised by Rat Race Events in partnership with Stockton Council, started and ended on Stockton Riverside and offered participants both a 10k and 5k race distance. The popular wet ‘n’ wild course saw Rat Racers cross the Tees Barrage and the International White Water Course, before taking on the infamous jump from Captain Cook’s replica HM Bark Endeavour.
